CANCELLATION POLICY

Short Tours:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to departure.
• 100% cancellation fee within 48 hours.

Multiday Tours:

• 100% cancellation fee for cancellations within 15 days.
• 30% fee for cancellations between 16–30 days.

Private Tours & Shore Excursions:

• Full refund for cancellations up to 48 hours prior.
• 100% fee within 48 hours.

Tours including Train/Flight/Accommodation:

• Full refund up to 7 days before.
• 50% fee within 3–6 days.
• 100% fee within 2 days.

Packages Over 3 Nights:

• Full refund >30 days in advance.
• 5% fee for cancellations between 16–30 days.
• 50% fee for cancellations between 7–15 days.
• 100% fee for cancellations within 6 days.

Gift Certificates:

• Non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Cancellations by NST Travel or Suppliers:

• Full refund will be issued with no penalties.

Amendments:

• Allowed (subject to availability) up to 1 hour before departure.
• Certain tickets (e.g., fast-track, theatre, cruises) cannot be amended.
• No fee for amendments made 3+ days in advance; subject to supplier availability thereafter.
